Hi, I’m Sara Castro Monteiro, the founder of Wisdom Well—a brand built by a 46 year old woman, for 40+ women. Wisdom Well was born out of my own experience navigating the physical, emotional, and mental changes that come with this transformative stage of life.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel and how often our needs are overlooked. That’s why I decided to take matters into my own hands and create something meaningful.
As a woman on this journey myself, I wanted to design a space where we’re seen, supported, and celebrated. Wisdom Well isn’t just a subscription box; it’s a labor of love. It’s my way of helping women feel empowered to take control of their well-being, one carefully curated product at a time.
